Travel vaccinations

We can provide travel vaccinations right here at the surgery. Please note that we cannot provide any travel advice or advice on which vaccinations are necessary for your trip. If you are travelling abroad, you will need to research which vaccinations you need. You can do this either online or book in at a pharmacy that provides this advice.

Non-urgent advice: Note

It is important to make your initial appointment as early as possible (at least 6 weeks before you travel) as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations.

You can check your vaccination history by using the NHS App. We can also provide a print out of your vaccination history for your records.

Malaria tablets are available to purchase at your local pharmacist.

The NHS recommend the following websites for further information:

Vaccinations we can offer include hepatitis A, DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis), typhoid, and cholera. If you would like to book an appointment with our practice nurse, or if you require further information on which vaccines we can administer, please speak to our reception team who will be happy to assist you. You will need to complete our travel vaccination questionnaire below.
